    • Partner with eCommerce Merchandising and Operations Teams to plan site campaign and content execution.
    • Create web pages, banners, shops and landing pages using HTML/HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript.
    • Provide design and deadline driven content support in a fast paced, highly promotional retail environment.
    • Manage the digital content and the production of multimedia content.
    • Create visually appealing site content that incorporates user-friendly and clear navigation design.
    • Write or overwrite code to manage the site needs.
    • Perform QA testing and debugging the site for efficiency.
    • Maintenance of website load performance.
    • Partner with marketing department to achieve a cohesive campaign for the brand.
    • Stay current with new technologies that have an impact on user experience.
    • Perform design and usability testing functions to increase site traffic. 


      • 2+ yrs. of web design experience with demonstrated skills represented by a portfolio of work.
      • 2+ yrs. experience working in a fast-paced, highly promotional eCommerce business.
      • 2+ yrs. technical knowledge in programming, coding, testing, and debugging.
      • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML editors, HTML/HTML5, CSS, Boot Strap, JavaScript, PHP and AJAX.
      • Knowledge in digital media formats used for interactive media, audio and video.
      • Strong command of typography, color, composition and hierarchy; understanding how these elements work together to form a quality design solution.
      • Deep functional knowledge with Content Management Systems.
      • Ability to consistently produce high quality work with meticulous attention to detail and meet tight deadlines to complete assignments on time.
      • Possess a positive attitude, a great work ethic and thrive in a collaborative office environment 
      • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize in a highly promotional retail environment.
      • Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
      • Must have experience with responsive design and responsive design templates.
      • Must have experience in building and maintaining content that is ADA Level AA compliant.
      • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
      • Has an inspiring portfolio of mobile and web-based projects that highlight your ability to:
        • A. Turn an idea in to a visual piece
        • B. Bring new ideas to fruition
        • C. Highlights your approach to problem solving as well as solutions.
