    Comprehensive and progressive Level 2 and Level 3 support of front-end infrastructure components including, but not limited to, desktop and cloud based and on premise server environments (hardware & software), mobile messaging, file and print services, and PC management solutions. 

     

    Responsibilities

    • Level 2/Level 3 ticket management (resolution, follow-up and closure).
    • Professional and efficient infrastructure incident management.
    • IT system management and monitoring.
    • Complete project goals in full and on time.

     

    • Level 2/Level 3 support on Global IT Infrastructure (20%).
    • Ticket and incident management (20%).
    • IT system management and monitoring (20%).
    • Project work (30%).
    • IT research and development (10%).

    Qualifications

    • BS, Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years IT infrastructure and general networking experience. 
    • Must possess excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills,
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience with industry standard applications for e-mail and office productivity suites.
    • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components; Active Directory, ADFS, Messaging (Exchange, O365), networking principles, Mobility, Cloud (Azure or AWS), Virtualization (Hyper-V and VMware), backup solutions, basic Linex knowledge, scripting (PowerShell), automation. 
    • Strong knowledge of hardware, software and networking technologies (LAN/WAN, VPN, Routing and Wireless).
    • Working knowledge of Wireshark, Microsoft Message Analyzer or other packet capture utility.
    • Strong problem resolution skills with drive and focus on accuracy and completion. 
    • Verbal and written communication skills.
    • Interpersonal skills (ability to interface with all levels of employees).
