    Responsibilities

    • Partner with Digital Commerce Designers as well as the Merchandising and Operations Teams to plan site campaign and content execution.
    • Create front-end web pages, banners, shops and landing pages on the CMS using HTML/HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 3, and JavaScript.
    • Provide design and deadline driven content support in a fast paced, highly promotional retail environment.
    • Manage the execution and scheduling of digital content.
    • Translate designs into organized, user-friendly experiences for customers on any device.
    • Write or overwrite code to manage the site needs.
    • Perform QA testing and site debugging in a quick and efficient, yet accurate manner.
    • Maintenance of website load performance.
    • Stay current with new technologies that have an impact on user experience.
    • Perform design and usability testing functions to increase site traffic and improve customer experience.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ yrs. of web development experience with demonstrated skills represented by a portfolio of work.
    • 2+ yrs. experience working in a fast-paced, highly promotional Digital Commerce business.
    • 2+ yrs. technical knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 3, JavaScript and QA processes.
    • Deep functional knowledge of Content Management Systems.
    • Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility (problems and solutions), general web functions and standards.
    • Must have experience with responsive design and responsive design templates.
    • Must have experience in building and maintaining content that achieves ADA Accessibility AA conformance.
    • Ability to consistently produce high quality work with meticulous attention to detail and meet tight deadlines to complete assignments on time.
    • Possess a positive attitude, a great work ethic and thrive in a collaborative office environment.
    • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize in a highly promotional retail environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
